まず69MODダウンロードページにアクセスしてみました。Part2はまだ確認していなかったので^^;
このページによると、69MOD自体は
Requirements :-
Full version of Grand Prix Legends installed and updated to v. 1.2.02
Paul Thurston's Gem+2.4.64 installed ( creates the 1969 physics)
ということなので、GPL製品版 1.2.0.2 じゃないとだめなんじゃないの？と思えるんですが、、、？
次に GEM+2.4.64 に含まれるヘルプを確認すると、GEM+ の System Requirements として、
Windows 95, 98, 98se, ME, Windows 2000 or Windows XP
Papyrus' Grand Prix Legends 1.2.0.2 (1.2 with the speedfix patch)

ググッてみたところ、つまりはこういうこと、と思えるのですがどうでしょうか？＜実際に試してはない
GPL 2004 Demo に GEM+2 と 69MOD は入れられるけど、gpl.exe があるフォルダにサブフォルダ "exports" を作らんといけんよ。
